A website that is considered more than a website, a web application. When a website does a little more, or a lot more, than just displaying information about a product or service it typically falls under the category of web application.
This project is just that, it's the foundation for building a better way for home buyers to find the right home. In this first phase, a home and floor plan search powered by a separate search backend. Allowing potential home buyers to filter down to just want they want to see.
On the inside, it was important to allow real estate agents and staff to easily mange their properties, communities, model homes, contact information. Allowing them to more quickly get new content up on the site where home buyers can quickly find the right information.
